We now show the display names of documents with some of the special characters encoded. The characters we encode are '/', '\', and '%'. So these characters will looks slightly different in the document title than the document contents. Not sure we need docs on this but I figured I'd open.

What is going wrong?

Cannot open documents with a slash in _id.

It generates error message like 'VIEW_DOCUMENT_SCHEME:/test.test:"abcd'

The document is

{ "_id" : "abcd/efg" }
