VSCODE-429 enabled VSCode's built-in "open log file" command to pick up and open our log files.  There is discussion about whether or not the built in command is sufficient.  We may want a mongodb-specific command that is more discoverable for users.

If we decide this is needed, we should add mongodb-specific commands to open the language server's logs and the extension logs.  We can use the `workbench.action.openLogFile` command.
