This is a little more extensive version of the NPS survey we run for Compass. In the future we'll likely want to keep these shorter and specific to features similar to Compass NPS but the first one we wanted to explore a few different topics to get a wider range of feedback.

How to show the survey

This might require a few experimentations – one idea is to show a popup with a link to the survey when the extension is updated in VS code to all users. Below is the popup messaging.

Once a user has either completed or dismissed the survey pop-up, they should not be shown the popup again.
