      Print a welcome message and the FAQ link in the Chat Copilot when a user first time calls the MongoDB participant.

      Note that Microsoft might allow customization of the Copilot Opt-in modal in the future. If this happens during the project's lifetime, prefer adding the FAQ link to the modal over including it as the initial chat message.
