Problem Statement/Rationale

This is a blocker for vscode 1.8.0 release. After installing vsix from the draft release, all saved connections are not shown in the sidebar. When dropping the version to 1.7.0 they are being displayed again. What is good means we don't delete them. But for some reason in 1.8.0 we don't show them.

Steps to Reproduce

• Use the older version of the extension and save some connections
• Install vscode 1.8.0 from draft releases

Expected Results

All previously saved connection are shown on the sidebar.

Actual Results

No connections is shown.
