The verbosity level for logging compact_progress messages was changed to verbosity level 2 as part of WT-10052. This change was never reflected in the MongoDB tests and which uses the configuration compact_progress:1. We should change the progress message back to level 1 to ensure the progress messages continue to be logged as expected.
