The redact options allows wt verify to dump page information about a file without dumping the actual keys or values. Sometimes you would like the key information without the value information. Currently the redact option doesn't let you define this so you end up needing to dump both the keys and values. We should extend the redact option to have two modes:

• Dump keys, redact values
• Redact all
