In several places, the WT Reference Guide documentation describes using the configure tool as part of the WT build process, rather than cmake, which currently the supported and preferred configuration and build tool.

This documentation should be updated to remove discussion of configure and, where it is missing, describe the equivalent steps for the cmake build.

Two pages where this is an issue are:

• Compressors – The description of each compressor explains how to build it using configure. There is no mention of cmake.
• Encryptors – The description of libsodium explains how to build it with both configure and cmake
