Move many collection test results into WiredTiger's performance dashboard

      Many collection test was used as driving test to improving performance with many collections, and to POC use of charts in Atlas. The test continues to send reports to my personal charts dashboard. We should integrate the test into WiredTiger's performance dashboards.

      Consider adding a perf.send stage to it's evergreen task so that changepoint detection can be enabled.
