Currently, the HS validation only checks that all the keys present in the HS are present in the DS. We can do more than this and check for of the fields present in the key: hs_counter.

This counter is incremented every time two consecutive keys are made of the same fields (btree_id, key, hs_start_ts). Two identical keys have their hs_counter differ by 1. We should check for this.
