The shared variable review project is currently manually identifying shared variables, it would be better if we had a script which found the variables. This will be very helpful when identifying variables which have been added to or dropped off the list.

It may end up being too hard to write the script, in which case this ticket can get closed.

Scope:

• Write a script to generate a list of shared variables
• Merge it to wiredtiger/tools.
