Update the spawn host setup script created in WT-11188 to also support spawn hosts for Python tests and csuite tests. These tasks also depends on the compile task which means we'll have an additional compile.tgz tarball that we need to ignore.

Definition of Done:

1. Our spawn hosts setup script now supports both Python and csuite spawn hosts
