Failures in evergreen (at the command level) can be tagged with a type which allows them to be bucketized (and then colour coded). For our setup tasks (e.g. git checkout, S3 downloads, S3 uploads, etc), we should make sure the commands are labelled per https://docs.devprod.prod.corp.mongodb.com/evergreen/Project-Configuration/Project-Configuration-Files#command-failure-colors so they are not considered test failures.
