Create a 'Code change info' Python script

      Create a ‘code change info’ Python script that can perform the code coverage analysis in the ‘Proposed Report’ section, and generate a json file as output

      This can be developed/tested locally before evergreen integration.

      It will access and use artifacts from a prior run of code coverage (see WT-11656), and gather data from evergreen & Git on the code change
