Review recently closed changepoints from the changepoint trial, as well as review the Atlas charts to identify noisy perf tests. These are the tests that either spawn multiple false positive changepoints or are visually very bouncy on the Atlas charts.

Build a list of these tests and review the impact of their noisiness. Create tickets to investigate each ticket as needed.
