This came out of a retro item - it would be convenient to have a shell script (or anything else that would serve the same purpose) that would re-run CMake with both Clang and GCC (and MSVC on Windows). The idea is that it'd be faster to find compilation issues locally rather than waiting on a patch build or PR testing.
