      WT-11845 is related to a truncate bug and the pattern could be verified by saving specific data to the WAL.

      An example of those logs can be seen in this comment.

      The work is to:

      • Add a configuration field to be able to add more information to the WAL
      • Add the logs related to truncate when the configuration field is enabled
