The dist/s_all script triggers a set of scripts to perform some basic code format and style checking that WiredTiger developers run before pushing a commit. The running of the script is not currently documented in the WiredTiger contributing guide, nor in the linked wiki page.

We should add the "run s_all" step into the contributing guide for our community contributors, including all the package/environment dependencies that need to be installed/setup to run the scripts successfully.
