This ticket involves moving the inline scripts we make in the evergreen file into their own directory. This will clean up the evergreen file for better code readability. In this ticket we should have port the made scripts:

• coverage-report
• code-change-report
• cyclomatic-complexity
• checkpoint test predictable
• schema abort predictable
• recovery stress test script
• format test predictable
• update wiredtiger docs
• compile wiredtiger docs
• configure wiredtiger

This will help clear up roughly 600~ lines of complex code into their own scripts.
