We should change the checkpoint_sync configuration to be checkpoint=(sync), that is, make sync one of the standard checkpoint configurations.

We should change the eviction_dirty_target, eviction_target and eviction_trigger configurations to be eviction=(dirty_target,target,trigger), in the same way.

We can make it backward compatible by retaining the old options, but not publishing them to doxygen.
