Add support for column stores to the RTS model, so that we can increase the code coverage for RTS.

Notably, this should support the r key type and 8t value type, so that we can support both VLCS and FLCS, if possible. This may require making some changes to the other parts of the model, as FLCS has slightly different semantics in some cases.
