We use the expansion `extra_args` for two different purposes in evergreen.yml. Once for passing arguments into ctest, and again for passing arguments into test format.

This means ctest tests can't be run in the same variant test format tests if either requires this extra_args field.

This ticket will rename the expansions to remove the conflict.
