Background

WTHelper is a LLM where we input sanitized help tickets (with customer information masked) for training, and it can perform semantic searches afterward, this ticket is to create a Web UI search portal to interact with the WTHelper.

Acceptance Criteria

1. A search bar where user can input and search ticket.
2. A list of search results returned by the model when user query the search, the search result list is ordered by relevance.
