Currently, WiredTiger rollback to stable operation is fixed with 4 worker threads during the startup or shutdown phase. It is possible to control the number of workers during the explicit call to the rollback to stable operation.

Providing an option to control the number of workers during the startup/shutdown can improve the performance of rollback to stable and improves the availability of the database quicker.
