When analyzing possible reusable space in a collection/index would be useful to have track of not yet obsolete blocks (and the relative bytes) that will be marked as reusable when minSnapshotHistoryWindowInSeconds is reached.

This information could be added to the block-manager section, similar to what we have for 'blocks freed' and 'file bytes available for reuse'
