In WT-13670, I added additional test cases for import to mimic how MongoDB uses create with import. I added an EBUSY retry loop when attempting to drop the newly created table. The test sometimes fails that retry loop, particularly when compact or background compact is running.

This ticket should modify the change to avoid the loop and just use testutil_drop.
