      While reproducing the workload from WT-13612 it felt like some amount of documentation around the model framework would be helpful. Including hints like editing the workload file:

      1. How to add comments to the workload file
      2. As of WT-13678 how to set a breakpoint.

      Scope: Add README file to test/model with a short introduction and tips for working with workload reproducer files.
