WiredTiger will have new aggregated metrics to measure how much time is spent on the user operation measured against cache eviction when calling the API. These metrics will be accessible through statistics cursors on a per-session basis. After closing the statistics cursor, the aggregated metrics will be reset for the session as sessions can be cached and used for unrelated user operations in the server.
