Investigate correctness of pre log copy stage in the presence of a crash

      Live restore copies log files from source to destination to enable the metadata file rebuild during recovery. A valid open question is what happens when that log file transfer is interrupted by a crash?

      We should define the correctness of this, or what guarantees we will need to state that it is correct.
