Checkpoint33 tests that checkpoint will run on tables where compaction would save space. This runs correctly in normal testing, but fails to compact the table when run with TSan. This is likely a timing issue, but in order to deliver WT-14097 we've disabled the test for TSan.

This ticket is to re-enabled checkpoint33 on the TSan variant.
