Working through the contents of evergreen.yml identify any build variants that run on x86, but don't already have an equivalent ARM build variant.

We will create a new build variant that runs on ARMv9 hosts each of them.

This ticket is intended to be a quick win, so the developer should run a smoke test with the new variants. Any tests that fail and can't be trivially fixed should be tracked in a new ticket to be done at a later date.
