As part of the initative in PM-3954, the goal was to move to armv9 machines claimed to increase performance from being a faster machine. The goal of this ticket is to investigate whether the performance on our existing performance testing and investigate where there are any performance improvements and regressions for these machines.

List out all noticeable improvements and regressions for all the performance testing. Create tickets for any regressions shown in testing.
