Investigate whether it is possible to combine all sanitizer variants into one

      Currently our evergreen yaml file has a variant for each type of sanitizer we have. Ideally we should find a way to combine all of these into one variant. The ticket aims to investigate what that would like look and if its feasible. If so, perform the change as well.
