Running on develop branch.

See attached program. It creates a table and index on that table. Opens a cursor for each, inserting into main table and checking results with both cursors. This runs quickly until about 84000 entries inserted, then it runs slowly. Found that adding a reset on both cursors 'fixes' the slowdown.

Is this expected?
