re-creating a deleted column-store page can corrupt the in-memory tree

      When re-creating a deleted column-store page, the page's record number is set to 1, not to the record number of the deleted page.

      This bug shows up when column-store splits are supported (see WT-2247), because split pages can be emptied/deleted, making page re-creation more likely.
