WTPERF doesn't compile in Windows under MSVC

      As of a recent patch WTPERF now has calls to strndup within the dstrndup call.

      Unfortunately, MSVC's C compiler does not provide a strndup call (my understanding is that, strndup is not part of the ISO-C99 standard), so wtperf fails to compile.
