The wtperf benchmark utility currently configures a default leaf_page_max of 4kb which is a hang over from when LSM was the primary format being tested.

We should change the default page size to be 32k and ensure that the other default table options are reasonable.

This change will alter the throughput for a number of the automated performance tests - so it needs to be done in isolation.
