Compile wiredtiger under build_posix directory for Evergreen tests

      Right now tasks in 'WiredTiger' Evergreen project performs the compilation under top-level directory. It would be good to perform the compilation under 'build_posix' directory, to keep consistent with the way we did in Jenkins and development environments.
