add gdb functions that mimic the debug functions

When debugging a core file one cannot call any of the debug functions, typically in btree/bt_debug.c, because it is not a running process. It would be helpful if we had gdb equivalents to look at the cache, update structures and the tree when debugging a core.

These should probably reside in the wiredtiger/dotfiles tree somewhere.
