SUMMARY: Added a no-op command of date > /dev/null to the beginning of test/csuite/import/smoke.sh that avoids the bash memory leak bug with valgrind. Still waiting on a reply from the bugzilla report.

An instance of memory leak was detected by Valgrind for test/csuite/import/smoke.sh test program. It is consistently failing the valgrind job right now. One example:

      http://build.wiredtiger.com:8080/job/wiredtiger-valgrind/3288/

The stack trace is not so obvious given source code is not available:

      [Valgrind] Analysing valgrind results
[Valgrind] '/builddir/build/BUILD/valgrind-3.13.0/coregrind/m_replacemalloc/vg_replace_malloc.c' does not exist, source code won't be available
