Currently, as part of the checkpoint, only the stable timestamp is saved as checkpoint timestamp. Due to lack of oldest timestamp availability in the checkpoint information, we cannot determine the history window that is open during the checkpoint.

With durable history, rollback to stable is performed as part of recovery to get back to the state where data is stable according to the checkpoint timestamp which was a stable timestamp when checkpoint occurred. Having a oldest timestamp will allow us to maintain the history window also.
