• Minor cleanups:
  We don't need to pass a WT_BTREE handle to WT_CELL_FOREACH_ADDR/WT_CELL_FOREACH_KV, we can
  get it from the WT_SESSION_IMPL.

Simplify the cell #DIAGNOSTIC assertion.

• Copied cells may redirecct to any of WT_CELL_KEY_SHORT_PFX, WT_CELL_KEY_SHORT and
  WT_CELL_VALUE_SHORT, handle that case.

Minor speedup: we have to crack the redirected-to cell's timestamp information in order
to get to the rest of the cell's data, but we don't have to copy it, just put it in an
