It would be useful to add ordering to the jobs in the WiredTiger waterfall page with a similar scheme to that used by MongoDB waterfall

 That is to prepend a ! character for the most important variants, and a ~ for the least important (or most expensive) variants.

Using that scheme makes it easier to select a sensible set of tasks to run in patch builds.
