Investigate why the cache pages queued for eviction is similar to cache pages queued for eviction post lru sorting statistics

      In WT-6509 we noticed while running ibench insert workload in rc13 drop that cache pages queued for eviction is similar to cache pages queued for eviction post lru sorting statistics.

      Attached the screenshot, looks like there is some discrepancy in the statistics we calculate.

      We will like to investigate if the statistics calculation is wrong or change the text of the statistics.
