Explore durable history interaction with the million collection test:

With durable history and the ability for the end-user to run long-running transactions, there are potentially more factors affecting the schema operations, checkpoints and the usage of dhandles. By opening and holding a transaction for different time periods, we can introduce the history into the mix. We have some tickets and work that could be performance tested with this addition to the test (WT-6816, WT-6819, SERVER-47855). The ability to have a longer history also has led to a change in the default snapshot window and hence how frequently we close the dhandles. All this interaction makes it worthwhile to introduce history to million collection test.

Explore having a parallel task that holds a transaction running.
