Enhance the test/checkpoint with a configuration to operate it at a high eviction rate by configuring the following eviction parameters to let the test operate:
- eviction_dirty_trigger
- eviction_updates_trigger
This can be achieved either by adding a new option to the test/checkpoint to operate at a high eviction rate
or
Randomly choose the eviction mode as normal/high for all the supported test/checkpoint options.
