The WiredTiger source code build procedure (using Autoconf or CMake) currently compiles documentation by default. In some cases, users would like to avoid compiling documentation in a build (to save build time or bypass certain doc issue), and it would be nice to have an option to disable documentation compilation, firstly in Autoconf, and then porting to CMake.
