Summary

As part of WT-8020, we converted Evergreen to use CMake. However, this was not possible for some tasks due to missing dependencies on some machines. See this comment for more info. This ticket should:

• list the machines where Ninja is not available
• ask the BUILD team to install ninja where needed
• update our evergreen tasks that could not use Ninja at the time of WT-8020

Acceptance Criteria

Use Ninja where missing, all evergreen tasks can be compiled with CMake/Ninja.

Testing

Edited tests should compile with Ninja.
