Remove log=(archive) compatibility code.

      In WT-5960, WiredTiger renamed log=(archive) to be log=(remove), to avoid ambiguity around the word "archive".

      The ticket to update the server is SERVER-62726.

      When that ticket is resolved, storage may be able to remove the log=(archive) compatibility code.
