This is a meta ticket that combines the work from four separate tickets, namely:

• WT-8653 - Write a minimal S3-hello-world extension
• WT-8654 - Use AWS SDK as an external project to build the S3 extension
• WT-8660 - Extend S3-hello-world extension to create and list objects
• WT-8661 - Add unit testing (CTest) to S3 minimal extension

This ticket is bringing all the work together to be checked into the repository.
